| I am looking for someone to take over BMW 328i XDrive 2014 lease. I took the lease from Brian Jessel on 19th Feb 2015. About the car: 1. Fully loaded with BMW Connect, front/rare camera, GPS, parking sensors. 2. Black metallic, inside brown leather 3. 18\" Wheels 4. BMW Connect include 3G data for entire lease duration. By which we can browse and search for anything anytime. 5. Lease duration 36 months will end on Jan 2018. 6. Total allowed milage is 48000KM, current milage is ~2500KM. So lot to go. 7. Interest rate 0.90%. Price: - Lease price is 585/month which include tax + BMW Excess wear & use protection + Appearance Protection. so that during the car return person don\'t need to pay anything extra. - I have already paid 9000$ to reduce monthly to above as low as 585/ including everything. - After lease optional buy out price is 27,295$. What I am looking at: - Since it\'s just 3 months since I have purchased, so I am looking for 3000$ out of 9000$ which I have already paid and lease transfer price after this person need to pay regular lease amount of 585/- What benefit buyer gets: - Fully loaded BMW still like new, no marks nothing. - All the protection plan included, so that buyer don\'t need to pay anything extra at the end of lease. - Downpayment is already less than half. - Lots of milage left. |
